To qualify for our services you must be a resident of the Borough of Spelthorne and unable to transport yourself to your appointment. We have 350+ clients on our books.
We take people to medical appointments both inside and outside of the borough.
We usually require 1 week's notice of your requirements.
We will make every effort to find a driver for you and will let you know on the rare occasions when we can't.
We make a small charge for each trip and you will pay this directly to our driver.
You will be given an idea of the likely cost when you make your booking.
Our drivers are all DBS checked and are willing volunteers.
When telephoning - please let our Duty Officer know if you have any special requirements, such as needing a wheelchair on arrival at your destination.
Please remember we handle MEDICAL appointments only and are not to be considered as a cheap taxi service.
